Moderation decisions are made at Sportall's sole and absolute discretion to protect the community, platform integrity, and compliance with applicable laws.
9. Rating Integrity and Fair Play
Sportall integrates with DUPR INC. as the official pickleball ratings provider. All users participating in rated pickleball sessions are expected to uphold the highest standards of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
• Sandbagging — deliberately under-performing in matches to artificially lower your official rating
• Score manipulation — entering false, fabricated, or agreed-upon scores that do not reflect actual match outcomes

• Multi-accounting — creating or using additional accounts to circumvent rating bans or restrictions
• Soliciting others to manipulate their results for your benefit
Sportall is contractually obligated to DUPR INC. to actively detect and prevent rating manipulation. Violations may result in:
• Removal from rated match features
• Account suspension or permanent termination
• Reporting of the misconduct to DUPR INC., which may independently revoke your DUPR rating access
• Reporting to relevant sports authorities where applicable
If you suspect rating manipulation by another user, please report it through the App's reporting feature or contact general@sportall.my.
