We take security seriously and apply technical and organizational controls to protect personal data in line with Malaysia PDPA requirements, including the 2024 amendment rollout in 2025.

Our Approach

• Access controls and least-privilege practices for systems handling data.
• Encryption in transit where applicable.
• Monitoring and logging to detect suspicious activity.
• Ongoing review of dependencies and infrastructure.
• Data retention controls to limit stored information.
• Breach-handling workflow aligned to PDPA notification obligations.
• Privacy and security governance ownership, including DPO responsibilities where applicable.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. We work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues that arise.
